KCTC 2024 AGM

Dear KCTC Members.

The KCTC 2024 AGM will take place Tuesday 19th March 2024 at 8pm in Kilfeacle Community Centre. All members are encouraged to attend the AGM and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Committee Nominations

If any member is interested in being nominated to the Main Committee, please print off a nomination form from https://kilfeacletennis.ie/nomination-form-for-election-to-the-main-committee-of-kilfeacle-community-tennis-club/ and return the completed form, by email to secretary@kilfeacletennis.ie on or before Tuesday 12th March 2024, i.e. at least seven days before the date of the AGM. If necessary, digital signatures or separate emails from the proposer and seconder can be sent to secretary@kilfeacletennis.ie also confirming the nomination. 

Motions

A general member is entitled to have a motion to amend the Constitution included on the agenda of the AGM. The Constitution is available via the KCTC website at https://kilfeacletennis.ie/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Constitution-of-KCTC.pdf Please send notice of any motion by email to secretary@kilfeacletennis.ie at least fourteen days before the date of the AGM i.e. on or before Tuesday 5th March. The seconder can advise of their support of the proposal by email also.
