  • KCTC Online Payments

    This online payments page allows KCTC Members to pay membership, coaching, league payments, camps, visitor green fees and other items through your Paypal account or by credit / debit card.

  • KCTC September 2022 League

    New for September 2022, you can now enter KCTC leagues based on preference for Mens, Womens or Mixed events each night. 

    Please complete the appropriate form below to enter the KCTC September 2022 Members league. 

    • Where the number of entries for a specific event each night is greater than the number of places available (12 mens, 12 womens and 12 mixed entries), entries will be prioritised based on the date of entry (first come, first served). If the event you enter is full, you will be offered to have your name added to a wait-list. 
    • This next league will commence on Monday 19th September 2022.
    • League Entry will close on Saturday the 10th September or as soon as nights are full.
    • League entry will open on Tuesday 6th September at 8pm
    • Payment of a league entry fee below does not guarantee a league for the category you entered will run but the league committee will endeavour to form a league where practical and numbers are sufficient.

    Please ensure that you select the correct event (Mens, Womens or Mixed) and the correct night before you complete payment.

  • KCTC 2022 Membership Payments

    Join KCTC in 2022

    • Membership runs from 1st February to 31st January each year, e.g. if you join in September, membership must be renewed again in February. 
    • 2022 - 2023 membership is now open for new and existing members.
    • If you are applying for membership or changing membership type and as a result adding new members to the club, you must complete a new online membership form so that these members can be added to the club system. 

    You can join KCTC in two easy steps that you can follow below. Once both steps are completed and we have your completed Online Membership Form and Online Payment, you will be provided with club access fobs and an account to book courts online.

  • Join KCTC - Step 2 using 4 Monthly Payments

    You can also pay for your KCTC membership over 4 monthly payments using the form below but please ensure that you have completed the online membership form in Step 1 at https://kilfeacletennis.ie/online-membership-form/ 

    Please use the following form to pay for KCTC 2022 membership over 4 consecutive monthly payments. For example, a family membership payment of €220 will be paid as 4 individual payments of €55 every month for four months.

  • KCTC Visitor Tennis Green Fees

    KCTC allow visiting players to play on courts based on the following conditions:

    • Visiting Players must be accompanied a current KCTC member.
    • Tennis green fees are €5 per game per visitor.
    • Green Fees must be paid online before the game(s) start. If you pay but later cannot play, please notify the club and we will refund any payments.
    • Visiting player(s) must be recorded in the ebookingonline system by the current KCTC hosting the visitor using the guest player feature. 
    • Fees can only be paid online using the KCTC Payments page
    • Please ensure that all contact tracing information is provided in the payment for the guest player including full name, email and telephone number.

  • Beginner Adult Group Coaching April 2022

    KCTC Members can purchase Tretorn Plus 3 Ball packs here and collect them at the club at the social tennis night each Saturday evening. The cost is €10 for a pack of 3 balls.
